Fantastic service from start to finish and beyond from Neil. Nothing was too much of a bother. Tiny issue of a small set of ladders not being in the motorhome when we got home but it was sorted instantly - with next day delivery- couldn’t ask for a better service than that! Neil has kept in touch throughout and been more than accommodating when we’ve had issues from our end. After visiting other companies to view motorhomes we didn’t expect much, overpriced and dirty was all we’d came across- not with reforma. A company that takes pride in their vehicles. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase through them again.

After holding out for the right van to come up i came across just what i was looking for. I had found others during my search but for one reason or another the vans were just not what they were made out to be. I came across a ford transit listed by Reforma and gave them a call straight away and managed to get a face time viewing of the van there and then as i was so far away from the showroom. Stephen who answered my call and showed me around the van was very open and honest and showed me a couple of marks on the van from where the signage had been removed but reassured me that these were to be polished out that very same day (which they were). I was sold, i placed a holding deposit the very next day and arranged for a new set of wheels and a different grill to be installed on the van before i collected it as these were things i was going to do anyway and Reforma were very competitive with there pricing so it just made sense! We then arranged for me to come up and collect the van on a sunday as it was the only day i could do. Stephen personally picked me up from the train station and brought me over to the showroom. The van was exactly what i expected and i couldn’t be happier. I had a long drive home which was around 4hours but made much easier due to the fact i had got the perfect van which i had been waiting for! Massive thanks to Reforma and im sure i will be buying off them again!!!
